Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day administrative and coordination support.
Maintain records, schedules, registers, trackers and filing systems.
Compile monthly reports and submissions.
Follow up on actions, requests and deadlines.
Assist with employee movement and transport coordination.
Support quotations, purchase requests and procurement administration.

Requirements

Grade 12 plus a certificate in Administration, Business Administration or related field.
3 years’ relevant admin or coordination experience.
Experience in mining, industrial or operational environments preferred.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
Experience in reporting, scheduling, document control and record keeping.
Knowledge of procurement, quotations, employee movement and transport coordination; driver’s licence an advantage.
