Overall responsibilities
Responsible for providing professional company secretarial services, and credible legal advice to all levels within the institution to ensure that legal problems are avoided, and risks associated with initiatives and operations are mitigated.
Qualification requirements:
Minimum requirements: An LLB. Honours (NQF Level 8) and admission as a legal practitioner in terms of the Legal Practitioners Act of 1995 (as amended).
Added advantage: A postgraduate qualification and/or degree in corporate or environmental law
Minimum period of experience: 9 years relevant experience in middle management and 5 years at supervisory level
