Daily responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, managing budgets and reporting to senior management, ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., OSH Act, tax filings), and liaising with government departments like the Ministry of Education or MOLSS depending on the centre’s function. You’ll also handle stakeholder engagement with community members, parents, or clients — reflecting Namibia’s strong emphasis on relationship-based service delivery.
