Key Responsibilities

Handle and monitor all relevant permits and administrative documentation.
Ensure permits are renewed on time and properly filed.
Good working knowledge of IQ Retail.
Ability to identify and resolve basic system-related issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Compile basic reports for management.
Maintain filing systems and document control.
Perform general office administration duties.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in debtors, key accounts, or administration.
Experience working with retail groups and portals will be advantageous.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Good communication and telephone skills.
Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
IQ Retail experience will be highly advantageous.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
