Key Responsibilities
- Manage depot and customer damage claims with documented resolution tracking.
- Verify picking slip accuracy and secure Supervisor authorization prior to processing.
- Capture all incoming data with 100% accuracy against prescribed procedures.
- Respond to customer information requests within established SLAs.
- Maintain secure, organized filing systems with zero document loss.
- Submit comprehensive daily feedback reports to Distribution Manager.
- Ensure 100% compliance on documentation signatures per company policies.
- Contribute to monthly reporting cycles with consolidated data inputs.
- Support warehouse logistics through pallet movement coordination and stock control.
- Participate in daily inventory counts and variance reconciliation.
- Handle invoice processing following proper financial controls and procedures.
- Facilitate communication flow through message, fax, and memo distribution.
- Manage postal services for internal and external correspondence.
- Keep SHE documentation current and audit-ready.
- Monitor supervision areas for ISO and HACCP compliance adherence.
- Coordinate PPE procurement and availability tracking.
- Execute personnel administration tasks (attendance, leave, records) accurately and timeously.
- Complete special assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF 4) with 3 years’ experience in Administration
- OR
- A relevant certificate with 2 years experience in Administration.
- Knowledge in a Distribution environment will be an advantage.
- Computer literate with a good mastering of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of Accpac
- Proficient in written & spoken English.
- Namibian citizen or eligible to apply for Namibian citizenship
