ECC ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE CONSULTANCY is looking for an administration officer to join our dynamic team, with a focus on supporting day-to-day officer operations and project administration. This role is key to ensuring smooth internal processes and accurate documentation. The administration officer will report directly to the finance and administration manager.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties and office support.
Compile and maintain month-end time tracking documentation.
Assist with the compilation and submission of tender documentation.
Support project teams with administrative requirements.
Assist with correspondence, scheduling and reporting.

Requirements

Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or a related field.
Valid driver’s licence
Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong Excel skills preferred.
Experience with accounting software (Xero and/or Sage) or similar software.
Excellent bookkeeping/admin skills: Invoicing, reconciliations, filing and record keeping.
Procurement support: RFQs, supplier liaison, purchase orders and delivery tracking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines.
