ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – Ecc Environmental Compliance Consultancy

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties and office support.
• Compile and maintain month-end time tracking documentation.
• Assist with the compilation and submission of tender documentation.
• Support project teams with administrative requirements.
• Assist with correspondence, scheduling and reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or a related field.
• Valid driver’s licence
• Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with accounting software (Xero and/or Sage) or similar software.
• Excellent bookkeeping/admin skills: Invoicing, reconciliations, filing and record keeping.
• Procurement support: RFQs, supplier liaison, purchase orders and delivery tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines.
