Salary Scale : N$512,809 – N$544,196
Housing Benefit : N$81,558 per annum
Motor Vehicle Allowance : N$114,475 per annum
Minimum Requirements: An appropriate B Degree on NQF Level 7 plus 9 years
appropriate experience.
Additional Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates with three (3) of the 9 years`
experience on the level of Deputy Director Grade 4 in any of the following fields: Human
Resource Management/ Finance or Administration. Candidate must have a valid drivers`
License.
Key performance areas:
Advise the Chief Regional Officer on matters relating to Human Resources, Finance and
Administration
Ensure the implementation of the Regional Councils Resolutions
Responsible for the preparation of Regional Council Budget, implementation and control
Supervise the functions of Human Resources, Finance and Administration
Develop the strategic Plan of the Directorate and oversee its implementation.
Provide support services to Regional Council, Constituencies and Settlements to ensure
compliance with prescribed staff and finance rules and standards.
Ensure correct interpretation and application of all relevant Acts, Policies, Rules and
Regulations.
Carry out any other official duties assigned from time to time.
