Salary Scale : N$512,809 – N$544,196
Housing Benefit : N$81,558 per annum
Motor Vehicle Allowance : N$114,475 per annum
Minimum Requirements: An appropriate B Degree on NQF Level 7 plus 9 years
appropriate experience.
Additional Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates with three (3) of the 9 years`
experience on the level of Deputy Director Grade 4 in any of the following fields: Human
Resource Management/ Finance or Administration. Candidate must have a valid drivers`
License.
Key performance areas:
 Advise the Chief Regional Officer on matters relating to Human Resources, Finance and
Administration
 Ensure the implementation of the Regional Councils Resolutions
 Responsible for the preparation of Regional Council Budget, implementation and control
 Supervise the functions of Human Resources, Finance and Administration
 Develop the strategic Plan of the Directorate and oversee its implementation.
 Provide support services to Regional Council, Constituencies and Settlements to ensure
compliance with prescribed staff and finance rules and standards.
 Ensure correct interpretation and application of all relevant Acts, Policies, Rules and
Regulations.
 Carry out any other official duties assigned from time to time.
