We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Emanya@ Etosha Lodge. The successful candidates will be responsible
for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests through excellent service and attention to detail.
Location: Emanya @ Etosha Lodge, Namibia
Positions: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items.
• Ensure tables are clean and set properly for each service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
Skill / Qualifications Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• A positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
