PROCESS LEADER 3 (Cl) REF.NO. (SCM/2022-002) – AMENDMENT

The Challenge:

To supervise a team of Multi-Skilled Operators in a bedrock cleaning mining process, to ensure that the work performed is in accordance with set operating standards and working procedures by: • Monitoring all operational activities/progress and relaying information instruction to control team member and machine movements to achieve production targets in accordance with monthly plan.

• Ensuring that subordinates are fully competent and where deficiencies exist, provide coaching and/or arranging training to achieve required performance standards.
• Uphold a zero harm safety culture.

The Ideal Applicant:

• Grade 12 (20 points over 5 subjects, and an E in English), Mathematics or Science as subjects.
• Code 08 Driver’s license and Namdeb Operator’s Permit (Auxiliary services)
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of supervising a team in the mining environment.
• Ability to operate all EMV machines in all three major mining processes.
• Minimum four years experience as a multi-skilled operator within a mining environment.
• Minimum two years exposure/experience in supervising a large mining production team.
• Preference will be given to fully vaccinated employees meeting the requirements
