VACANCY

The Witvlei Village Council seeks a suitably qualified, experienced Namibian Citizen who is dynamic and has proven abilities to administer, execute his/her duties and responsibilities within the frame work of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 as amended and other relevant legislations.

1X POST: ARTISAN FOREMAN-GRADE C4

Minimum Requirements
• National Trade Diploma/Certificate N3-Electric
• Training and knowledge of medium voltage switching
• Plus 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Local Authority or relevant environment
• Specialized, experience in maintenance and operation of electrical reticulation, pump stations water and electricity pre-paid system
• Code Cl Driver’s license

Salary Package

Salary Notch per annum: N$ 141 372.00 – NS144 257.00 per annum
Housing Allowance: 20% of Basic Salary per annum (without a mortgage)/ 40% of
Basic salary per annum (with a mortgage)
Transport Allowance: NS 7 200.00
Medical Aid Allowance : 85% Employer contribution
Pension Fund Contribution : 21.7% by Employer
