On behalf of our client, National Housing Enterprise, Recrewt Human Resources seeks to recruit:

Executive: Human Capital & Strategy, Windhoek

Purpose of the Position:

• To oversee the full spectrum of Human Capital & Organisational as a department
• To guide the strategic planning process, develop and implement the integrated strategic business plan
• To implement the performance management system as well as ensure proper cascading of scorecards organisation wide
• To ensure NHE is properly resourced from a HR point of view to achieve its strategy and overall mandate

Key Performance Areas:

• Human strategy formulation and integration into organisational strategy
• Manage and implement NHE policies and procedures
• Manage and oversee internal and external resourcing
• Staff Retention
• Human Resources Administration, Analysis & Reporting Services
• Manage and oversee Employment Equity Services
• Manage Employee Relations Services
• Client Relations, problem solving and general communication
• Leadership and Management of Human Resources
• Strategic Planning, Development and Coordination

Requirements:

• Relevant Honour degree in Human Capital Management
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a HR generalist at a senior management level with exposure in development and implementation policies, procedures and systems within the HR field
• Must demonstrate ability to think strategically
• Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage conflict and fostering mentoring relationships
• Good understanding of all relevant legislations including Company Act and Labour Act
