Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments.

Requirements
- Senior Private Secretary Grade 8: An appropriate National Diploma or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 6 in Office Administration/Management and Technology, Business and Information Administration, Business Administration/Management or Secretarial Studies plus 3 years appropriate experience in office management or administration.
- Senior Labour Inspector Grade 8: An appropriate National Diploma or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 6 in either Labour Law, Human Resources Management or Industrial / Labour Relations, plus two (2) years appropriate experience in labour matters.
- Labour Inspector Grade 9: An appropriate National Diploma or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 6 in either Labour Law, Human Resources Management or Industrial / Labour Relations.
- Senior Inspector: Industries Grade 8 (OHS): National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent qualification accredited at NQF LEVEL 6 plus three (3) years of appropriate experience.
- Statistician Grade 8: An appropriate B. Degree on NQF L7 or equivalent qualification, majoring in either one or more of the following subjects: Statistics or Economics.
- Psychological Counsellor Grade 8: A 4-year Bachelor of Psychologist or registration as Psychological Counsellor with the Health Professions Council of Namibia.
- Employment Officer Grade 10: An appropriate National Diploma or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 6 in either Human Resources Management, Public Administration / Management, Business Administration and Industrial Psychology.
