Key Responsibilities
- To lead and standardise branch financial administration practices across the business
- Provide training, coaching, guidance, and fiancial support to branch administrative supervisors
- Responsible for ensuring the consistent application of Accounts/Finance processes, company policies, procedures, and administrative controls across all branches.
- Perform/maintain operational reconciliations within the finance department
- Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as relevant
- Conduct branch support visits and administration reviews
- Follow up on non-compliance and improvement actions
- Assist branches during system rollouts and process changes
- Provide feedback to management on implementation challenges and opportunities
