PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To co-ordinate and control all training and development programs within the context of organizational goals that will contribute to the Company’s achieving its objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualifications
Five years’ experience in the human resources environment of which at least two years should have been at a junior management level
Proven track record in corporate training, business processes, organizational development interventions
In depth understanding of Human Resources development in a corporate setting
Training, coaching and mentoring skills
Team building and leadership skills
Job evaluation, OD and organizational behavior modeling
Statistical analysis and computer literacy skills
