We are seeking a vibrant and emotional intelligent Manager: Human Resources and Administration to lead talent analytics, recruitment and selection, remuneration, benefits administration, staff terminations and safe recordkeeping. The job incumbent is responsible for implementing human capital strategies, total rewards systems, benefits administration, enforcing policy compliance, and fostering a welcoming culture. This role will report to the Chief Human Capital Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Heads of Department to deliberate on the annual workforce planning processes and determine the critical positions in line with the proposed budget.
- Lead the end-to-end talent management to attract, screen and appoint the suitable candidate(s) with potential to fill the right positions;
- Develop an effective on-boarding and induction programs for the new employees in collaboration with the Manager – Training, OD & Wellness;
- Support the development of succession planning policy and strategies;
- Ensure talent acquisition strategies (i.e recruitment and selection processes) are aligned with hospitality service standards;
- Manage and ensure the safekeeping of the personnel records;
- Implement the remuneration policy and manage the monthly staff compensation management practices, monitor the staff time and attendances, benefits administration (i.e leave management and overtime expenses);
- Benchmark the company salary structures against industry pay standards;
- Develop incentive and retention strategies aligned with hospitality practices;
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (i.e Tax, Pension Fund rules, Social Security Contributions, NTA and other mandatory requirements;
- Develop new and update the existing Human Capital policies to aligns with best practices in the peers in the market;
- Manage the staff leave administration and overtime expenses transparently;
- Oversee the management of safekeeping of the personnel files and relevant records;
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee’s inquiries on human capital policy and procedures;
- Escalate the issues to Chief Human Capital Officer for advise as and when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology, NQF L7;
- Have at least five (5) years of working experience in a Human Capital Administration or HR Business Partner environment, of which 3 years should be served at supervisory level;
- Understanding of HR best practices and employment benefits administration work flows;
- Valid driver’s license (Code B);
- Certified HR Practitioner or Registered Psychologists;
- Proficiency in Payroll software (e.g., SAP, MS Office).
