Role Purpose:
Bidvest International Logistics is hiring Invoicing Clerks to join its office. You will be responsible for accurate and timeous invoicing of logistics services, ensuring all costs are correctly recovered and supported by documentation, especially during month-end periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timeous invoicing of logistics services.
- Ensuring all costs are correctly recovered.
- Ensuring invoicing is supported by documentation.
- Managing workload effectively during month-end periods.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Strong numerical and calculation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of logistics or freight charges (advantageous)
