As our HR Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business goals. You’ll be the go-to person for all people-related matters, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, on & offboarding, performance management and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with Labour Law and regulations.
Oversee administrative operations and support, workplace wellness, employee relations, salary and benefits management (payroll processing).
Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues.
Manage the relationship between Management and Trade Union.
Manage Employment Equity process.
Ensures Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
7+ years of general HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a unionized environment and payroll experience.
Experience with AA reporting and leading a negotiation Team.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Driver’s license.
Must have good & effective communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
Must have Namibian Citizenship
