HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – Waltons – The Heartbeat Of Stationery

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, on & offboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with Labour Law and regulations.
• Oversee administrative operations and support, workplace wellness, employee relations, salary and benefits management (payroll processing).
• Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues.
• Manage the relationship between Management and Trade Union.
• Manage Employment Equity process.
• Ensures Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of general HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a unionized environment and payroll experience.
• Experience with AA reporting and leading a negotiation Team.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must have good & effective communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Must have Namibian Citizenship
