HR REPRESENTATIVE/C4 – WECKE & VOIGTS GROUP, Maerua Lifestyle Centre, Windhoek, Namibia. CLOSING DATE: 20 AUGUST 2026. POSITION OVERVIEW + MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: We are looking for a professional, and detail-orientated HR Representative with a high level of confidentiality and integrity for the Wecke & Voigts group. This role provides effective and efficient human resources administration and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, company policies and HR best practices. This position supports line management through recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
National Diploma plus 5 years of experience in HR/IR
Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field plus 3 years experience in HR/IR
In the absence of a qualification, minimum of 5 years experience in a HR practitioner role
Computer literate including strong Microsoft Office skills and HR related systems
Numeric literacy
Exceptional administrative and organizational skills required
Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude required
Driver’s license required
