Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
- National Diploma plus 5 years of experience in HR/IR
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field plus 3 years experience in HR/IR
- In the absence of a qualification, minimum of 5 years experience in a HR practitioner role
- Computer literate including strong Microsoft Office skills and HR related systems
- Numeric literacy
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills required
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude required
