Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
- National Diploma plus 5 years of experience in HR / IR
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field plus 3 years experience in HR / IR
- In the absence of a qualification, minimum of 5 years experience in a HR practitioner role
- Computer literate including strong Microsoft Office skills and HR related systems.
- Numeric literacy: Advanced calculations and ability to understand and interpret figures.
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude required.
- Driver’s license required.
