Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process from advertising vacancies to appointment.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Prepare interview documentation.
- Conduct reference and background checks where required.
- Prepare offers of employment and appointment documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and confirmation letters.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee personnel files.
- Ensure all employment documentation is signed and filed.
- Update employee records as required.
- Prepare and submit documentation to relevant third-party institutions, including:
- Social Security Commission (SSC)
- Medical Aid Schemes
- Pension and Provident Funds
- Employee Benefit Administrators
- Other statutory or approved third-party institutions
- Ensure submissions are accurate and completed within prescribed deadlines.
- Liaise with third-party providers regarding employee queries and updates.
- Receive and process leave applications.
- Verify leave balances before approval.
- Obtain the necessary approvals in accordance with company policy.
