We are looking for a professional, and detail – orientated HR Administrator with a high level of confidentiality and integrity for the WECKE & VOIGTS WHOLESALE. This role provides effective and efficient human resources administration and operational support ensuring compliance with labor legislation, company policies and HR best practices. This position supports line management through recruitment, time and attendance, employee relations, performance management and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Administrative support by maintaining accurate employee records, HR documentation, and coordinating meetings.
- Supporting HR and Organisational Development projects and ensure effective communication throughout departments.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, onboarding and induction.
- Employee movement including documentation and timely communication with relevant parties.
- Administer employee attendance and leave on Jarrison ensuring system integrity and compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Manage the ordering, distribution and record keeping of employee uniforms.
- Performance management, probation reviews, training administration and employee development support.
- Administrative support for employee relations and employee/ management guidance with disciplinary matters.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
- Any formal Human Resources qualification will be of advantage.
- 2 – 3 years practical experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Administration role.
- Computer literate including strong Microsoft Office skills and HR related systems.
- Numeric literacy: Advanced calculations and ability to understand and interpret figures.
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude required.
- Driver’s license of advantage.
