- A qualified teacher with a minimum of five years’ Primary School teaching experience; plus experience as a Head, Deputy and/or Head of Department.

- A commitment to uphold the Christian ethos and values of the College.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with the Cambridge Primary curriculum.
