Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Five years’ human resources experience of which three years should have been spent in the Organizational Development Section as an OD Analyst.
A Police Code of Conduct not older than 6 months is required.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Company’s operations and interlinks of all line and cross functions, job designs, job analysis, job evaluation and grading processes, and training analysis.
Analytical skills, training and facilitation skills, job writing skills, good communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills, evaluation and problem solving, change management and computer literacy.
Innovative, self-starter, assertiveness, persistence and consistency, ability to work with a wide variety of people, independence, and time management.
