1.Engineering and construction-related majors, bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in housing construction (more than 7 years of commercial work experience on construction project sites, with priority certificate for quantity surveyor professional qualification;
2. Familiar with the relevant specifications of housing construction, familiar with FIDIC contracts, familiar with the construction requirements of government investment projects, proficient in operating office software such as excel, and able to operate CAD drawing software; operating CCS software will receive first preference.
4. Have on-site business management capabilities, and can independently prepare the bill of quantities, complete business measurement, and prepare the owner’s IPC, monthlysettlement,andprojectsettlementwork. Can cooperate with other project departments to complete approval, changes, report reporting, and interface with the supervisor.
2x Material Manager 5 years’ general experience in civil engineering construction works and 5 years’ specific experience in multi-floor building works plus relevant qualification (N6 Trade Certificate, Diploma/B-Tech/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Construction) Can independently oversees the company’s needs for inventory and supplies by managing vendor relationships, assessing supply needs , coordinating delivery schedules and tracking the flow of inventory through the company’s supply chain.
