| QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: B-Tech or BSc. Degree in a building discipline such as architecture, construction or civil engineering. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: A minimum period of five (5) years experience with specialization in Building, Architecture, Construction or a building engineering field. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Driver’s license: Code B/BE. PRE-APPOINTMENT TRAINING AS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE: Management Development Program. KNOWLEGDE: Building trade, computer literacy, construction, building plans, building inspections, building regulations, ABS 0400code, architectural guidelines, engineering guidelines, building codes and regulations and Local Authorities Act.
