BRANCH MANAGER – Bidvest Prestige

DESCRIPTION

Bidvest Prestige is recruiting a Branch Manager, to be based in Walvis Bay, Namibia.

Duties
• Takes ultimate responsibility for all aspects of branch management
• Manage operational aspects of the branch
• Accountable for sales, gross profit and net profit
• Responsible for management of stock: availability, short and excess stock
• Controls costs (general expenses)
• Manages clients and ensures customer satisfaction
• Ensures effective and efficient people management and development
• Maintain a high level of service delivery
• Develop and maintain optimum relationships with clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders
• Optimise customer service and relations to ensure customer attraction and retention
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures
• Identify and provide strategic insight on market trends
• Cultivate a climate for optimal staff performance

Requisites
• Namibian citizen
• A minimum of 5 years of service-related experience
• Superb communicator with a passion for excellent customer service and relationship building
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities
• Ability to operate within relevant regulatory requirements
• Have exceptional interpersonal relationship skills
• Possess a valid driver’s licence and own a reliable motor vehicle
