Scale ot Salary N$ 478.220-N$ 502.753
Motor vehicle Allowance
Capita) Cost: N$ 76 950 per annum
Running Coot: N$ 25 751 Per annum
Housing Allowance: N$ 68 188 per annum
Duty Station: Windhoek

Minimum requirements: A B • Degree at NQF Level 7 plus nine (9) yearn appropriate experience
General responsibilities : The incumbent will be responsible for organizing. deeding, coordinating and supervising the work of the Division
Key Duties:
• To serve as the overall administrative head of the Division;
• To provide supervision and leadership to the Government information Center (GIC). Audio Visual Production. Sound Engineering and fourteen (14) Regional Offices and support to teams members.
• To ensure the operationalisation and sustainability  of the remote Rural information & Communication Technology (ICT) Centers (RlCTCs);
• To support the Director in the effective and effective development and implementation of the Directorate’s Performance Management System. Strategic and Annual Plan goals and objectives,
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.
Additional requirements The candidates must have relevant experience  in the Media Environment Journalism, and Public Relations-Communication fields of which 5 years should be on the supervisory’ middle management level

Good understanding of the Namibian Media landscape.
Good understanding of the Performance Management System, Abundant conceptual, technical and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication and writing skills;
Good Project Management skills;
Knowledge of Public Service legislation. policies. plans and frameworks.
Knowledge and experience in audio-visual operations, productions.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
