Scale of Salary : N$512,809 – N$544,196

Capital costs : N$87,202 per annum

Minimum Requirements: A B-degree (at NQF Level 7) in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information System Auditing or equivalent plus 5 years at supervisory level with a focus in 9 years of appropriate ICT experience, with a focus on Quality Assurance and Project Management, ICT policies, standards and practices formulation.
Job description
The incumbent will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Directorate of Quality Assurance, Standards, Skills Development and Coordination to ensure the proper staffing of the different divisions and sub-divisions and execution of work as per the mandate of the DPSITM.
The incumbent will report to the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the DPSITM and serve in different committees that will be constituted for the execution of the e-Government Action Plan. The incumbent will be in charge of the following responsibilities of the directorate:
The incumbent will be responsible to enforce a work culture that would help attract, develop, grow, and retain officials within the directorate to be able to create a selforganized and highly effective and empowered Quality Assurance, Project Management and ICT Capacity Building teams.
The incumbent will champion relationship building with different teams, committees responsible to drive the e-government agenda and initiatives at all level of Public Service.
