Vacancy Position: Youth and Leadership Development Director

Requisites:

1. Have been trained and mentored by Navigator Leaders.
2. Has led a National Navigators Ministry or has led a National Navigators Youth Mininstry.
3. Has mentored and trained young people in Navigators context.
4. Has equiped others to mentor and train others in Navigators context.
5. Has an experience personal income for his/her opereations and is experienced in resource development for organization.
6. Clearly understands and is able to articulate the vision and calling of the Navigators.
7. Has minimum of five-year working experience in any context.
