Lewcor is looking for a dynamic Transport & Logistics Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our Transport Division, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of equipment, materials and personnel across our mining and construction operations. Based in OKAHANDJA.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management or a related field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in transport and logistics, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven experience managing large fleets, heavy equipment logistics and transport personnel.
Strong technical and mechanical understanding of heavy vehicles and transport equipment.
Sound knowledge of abnormal load transport, route planning, permit requirements and specialised transport operations.
Strong understanding of transport legislation, fleet management, tracking systems/telematics and logistics best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and ERP systems such as Acumatica.
Mining, construction or heavy equipment industry experience will be a distinct advantage.
Strong commercial, financial and leadership skills.
Namibian Citizen.
Valid Namibian driver’s licence.
Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months)
