Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in transport and logistics, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience managing large fleets, heavy equipment logistics and transport personnel.
- Strong technical and mechanical understanding of heavy vehicles and transport equipment.
- Sound knowledge of abnormal load transport, route planning, permit requirements and specialised transport operations.
- Strong understanding of transport legislation, fleet management, tracking systems/telematics and logistics best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and ERP systems such as Acumatica.
- Mining, construction or heavy equipment industry experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong commercial, financial and leadership skills.
- Namibian Citizen.
- Valid Namibian driver’s licence.
- Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months)
