Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical management team to keep accurate records
- Assist with the accurate & timely submission of report
- Support audits, inspections and verification processes
- Ensure that all databases are kept up to date
- Responsible for all administrative duties related to the technical department
- Assist with regular weekly & monthly stock takes
- Manage daily workshop administration
- Perform general office duties and any other duties in line with the responsibilities of a Technical Administrator.
Requirements
- Be a Namibian Citizen.
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in similar position, a diploma/degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage
- Computer literate (MS Office expert level experience) an experience in ERP systems (Pastel, SAP or any relevant system) will be a distinct advantage
- Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
- Be open minded, willing to learn & take initiative
- Experience in debtors / creditors will be an added advantage
- Be able to work according to strict deadlines, excellent time management skills are mandatory
- Have sober habits with high integrity and adherence to principles & values
- Work overtime if required
- Valid Code B Driver’s License and Police Clearance Certificate not older than 3 months
