SOUS CHEF (BRAAI AND GRILL SPECIALIST) – Africa Personnel Services (APS)

Usually a formal culinary qualification such as a diploma or certificate in professional cookery from a recognized institution is expected, plus several years of experience in grill or braai preparation.
