Key Responsibilities

Run the monthly payroll for all Motovac and Parts City employees, accurately and by the agreed pay date.
Collect, verify and capture payroll inputs (new starters, terminations, overtime, deductions and unpaid leave).
Handle Social Security Commission registrations for new employees and deregistrations for those leaving the company.
Collate training records, attendance registers and proof of training, and prepare and submit the Annual NTA Grant/Levy Claim to recover eligible training expenditure.
Process benefit enrolments, amendments and terminations with providers, and reconcile benefit billing statements against payroll deductions monthly.
Compile the Annual Affirmative Action Report for review and submission.

Requirements

Degree in HR Management, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, with a certificate in Payroll Administration. Required
At least three years’ proven payroll processing experience on Sage. Required
Sound working knowledge of SSC requirements and of overtime and termination pay under the Labour Act 11 of 2007.
High numerical accuracy, discretion with confidential data, and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
