Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients and build long-term relationships to ensure client retention and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with organisational products and services.
- Monitor service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and the timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Gather and analyse client feedback, providing recommendations to improve client service and overall customer experience.
- Design, develop, and facilitate training programmes, workshops, presentations, and onboarding sessions for clients and employees.
- Assess skills gaps and implement appropriate learning and development interventions to support continuous improvement.

- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a Key Accounts environment within the Financial Services Industry
