Key Responsibilities
- The Key Accounts Officer role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients while driving knowledge transfer and skills development to ensure service excellence.

Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education/Training, Human Resources, or a related field will add as an advantage.
- Proven experience in key account management or client relationship management.
- 3 to 5 years experience in training facilitation, learning and development, or capacity building.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a Key Accounts environment within the Financial Services Industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning platforms.
