Key Responsibilities

Manage all employee relations activities within the organisation
Manage the grievance & disciplinary procedure
Maintaining excellent employee engagement relations to promote the company image
Advise line managers on general disciplinary matters and handling of grievances
Responsible for co-ordination and execution of all employee engagement activities/initiatives
Responsible for creating effective employee communication plans
Act as a link between Human Resources and other business units
Responsible for identification of employee skills gaps and training needs
Evaluate effectiveness of learning programmes and interventions
Assist and track training & development programmes
Support managers in setting KPI’s and performance goals
Monitor appraisal system and ensure fairness
Assist in ensuring HR policies support organisational growth & compliance

Requirements

Namibian citizenship
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
5 years experience in a Human Resources environment
Human Resources Operations, Compensation and Administration experience will be an added advantage
Computer literacy (Microsoft package & ERP)
Valid driver’s license (Code B)
Proficiency in English
