HR ADMINISTRATOR – Alensy Energy Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Assist with payroll preparation and administration using Sage Payroll.
• Ensure HR documents, contracts, and employee files are accurate and properly maintained.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with HR compliance documentation.
• Handle general HR queries from employees in a professional manner.
• Perform general HR and ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Sage Payroll (essential).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an HR administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be professional, well-presented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
