Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of a hake factory freezer trawler.

Key Performance Areas:
Responsible for factory crew on the vessel.
Ensure maximum productivity. Monitor the quality of product during processing.
Maintain the efficiency and promptness required in the factory.
Ensure the factory crew complete alltheirdutiesinatimely manner. Maintain inventory of factory store and packing material.
Compliance with health and safety procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Maritime Certificates.
Minimum of 10 years’experience. Sound knowledge of factory management.
Ability to work under pressure.
