Scale of Salary : N$478, 220–502, 753
Motor Vehicle Allowance : N$ 102, 701 per annum
Housing Allowance : N$ 68, 188 per annum
Minimum requirements: A B Degree at NQF L7 plus 9 years appropriate experience

Additional requirements: Candidates with a Degree or equivalent in Adult Education or
Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Three (3) years management
experience in the education sector, Broad knowledge of the Namibian TVET sector including
structure, policy and legislation, Sound knowledge and proven experience in budget
planning, execution and monitoring, strong research and analytical skills and computer
literate.

Main Responsibilities: To assist in the supervision and coordination of the activities of the
division and to support the Director in the execution of the activities of the Directorate. The
occupant of the position will ensure that the Technical and Vocational Education and
Training (TVET) Policy of 2021, the Vocational Training Act of 1994 and other laws and
regulations on TVET are implemented effectively and efficiently.
