Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Affluent segment value proposition, related toolbox(es) and client journeys in country and customises accordingly.
Implement and monitor risk management across the segment (e.g., operational risk, credit risk, ecosystems risk and partner risk management).
Develop appropriate recovery and resolution plans to protect the Affluent segment from any untoward event.
Lead, inspire and empower a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and business performance.
Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and business optimisation, ensuring the business remains agile, competitive and future-focused

Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Economic, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related.
8-10 years’ experience in the design and delivery of client propositions across client segments. Experience in leading, integrating and delivering solutions through multi-disciplinary teams. Understanding of digital, open banking, and platform integration into the segment.
