Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Affluent segment value proposition, related toolbox(es) and client journeys in country and customises accordingly.
- Implement and monitor risk management across the segment (e.g., operational risk, credit risk, ecosystems risk and partner risk management).
- Develop appropriate recovery and resolution plans to protect the Affluent segment from any untoward event.
- Lead, inspire and empower a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and business performance.
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and business optimisation, ensuring the business remains agile, competitive and future-focused
Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Economic, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related.
- 8-10 years’ experience in the design and delivery of client propositions across client segments. Experience in leading, integrating and delivering solutions through multi-disciplinary teams. Understanding of digital, open banking, and platform integration into the segment.
