Key Responsibilities
- Capture and maintain accurate financial and cost records.
- Maintain stock registers, issue stock, and conduct stock counts.
- Accurate stock levels with minimal variances.
- Assist with ordering, supplier follow ups, and documentation.
- Track expenditure against approved budgets.
- Orders placed timeously and supported by correct documentation.
- Capture invoices and prepare payment documentation.
- Prepare financial, stock and operational reports for scheduled submissions.
- Maintain organized filing and record systems.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Certificate in administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting training is required.
- Minimum (3) years’ experience in an administrative role with financial and stock control responsibilities.
- Experience in hospitality, conservation, or remote site operations is an advantage.
