Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit all payroll input to the Payroll Officer within the required deadlines.
Provide accurate information relating to: New appointments, Terminations, Salary adjustments, Allowances, Leave taken, Overtime, Deductions, Employee benefit changes, Any other payroll-related information.
Verify payroll information for accuracy before submission.
Assist in resolving payroll-related queries.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR correspondence and reports.
Assist with disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, and performance management administration.
Prepare letters, notices, and other HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Ensure all HR documentation complies with applicable labour legislation.
Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
Assist with internal and external audits relating to HR records.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ HR administration experience.
Sound knowledge of Namibian Labour legislation and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment and employee administration.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
