Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job and volunteer adverts, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire logistics to ensure a smooth starting experience.
- File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and volunteer records, including personal information, benefits enrollment, performance reviews, and training documentation.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- HR Administration: Assist with health insurance processing, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities, supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations.
