KEY PERFORMANCES AREA:
To provide the Council with professional day-to-day administration guidance of all human resources and Administration services such as Industrial relations, training, recruitment and selection, funds benefit, payroll and remuneration up dating. Ensuring confidential record keeping
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT:
- Grade 12 with 3 years Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 9)
- Three years’ work experience In the field of human resource management
of which one (1) year should be at supervisory level
- Must be computer literate and practical knowledge in payroll administration
- Driving license code B (CORRECTION MADE AT DRIVERS LICENCE)
- certificate of good conduct not older than three months
COMPETENCY AND SKILLS
- Must be honesty and possess high degree of accuracy.
- Good interpersonal relations
- Conflct resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain confidential Information.
- Good administrative and customer service.
