Requirements:

• HR Degree will be an advantage.
• At least 8-10 Years experience in Human Resources, in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• People orientated and results driven.
• Organized. • Knowledge in HR Systems and databases. • Leadership and accountability skills.
• Must have extensive knowledge in the Namibian Labour law.
• Competence to develop and manage interpersonal relationships on all levels.
• Driver’s License will be an advantage.
