Requirements:
- HR Degree will be an advantage.
- At least 8-10 Years experience in Human Resources, in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- People orientated and results driven.
- Organized. • Knowledge in HR Systems and databases. • Leadership and accountability skills.
- Must have extensive knowledge in the Namibian Labour law.
- Competence to develop and manage interpersonal relationships on all levels.
- Driver’s License will be an advantage.
