Requirements

• Qualified Chef with a minimum of 3+ years in a senior kitchen leadership role
• Proven experience in hospitality (lodge, fine dining, or boutique environments preferred)
• Strong leadership, menu planning, and cost control skills
• Excellent organizational and kitchen administration abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, live-in environment
