Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational plans, monitor warehouse performance, ensure service excellence, and resolve operational escalations.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, investigate stock variances, oversee stock counts, and monitor overall inventory health.
- Lead and coordinate warehouse teams, manage employee performance, support employee development, and plan workforce requirements.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensure process compliance, and benchmark operational performance.
- Prepare management reports, communicate business performance, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead operational meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business Management.
- At least 7-10 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- 5 years management experience.
- Valid Driving license is required.
- Strong numeracy, computer literacy and communication skills, Proficiency in English is required.
- FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is an added advantage.
